Crunches are the best exercise for abs .Here the idea behind this is to stretch your abdominal muscles.
Some people will do half crunches that is not a correct. you have to do full crunch. In full crunch 
muscle will stretch properly.




Leg rise is effective for your lower abs. There are different types of leg rises are there choose any one or two. Even Bicycle exercise is also one of them.



Weight lifting is one of the most effective way to reduce your whole body fat. It involves all the muscle groups and work together.




Swimming is most effective way to be a fit and healthy body . This is a very good exercise to reduce overall body fat. 




Ufffff who will do all these daily man !!!

Yes even many people feel the same but this is the ugly truth. One way to create interest in the activity is Switching to different exercise for alternative days so that you will not get bored . But never give up exercise daily at-least for 20 min.

I received many comments saying like how long it takes to loose my fat ?

It depends on many factors which includes what you are eating , what is your daily physical activity , to some extent heredity and etc.

For example:

Lets say in the beautiful morning you eat 100g of biscuit. If we talk interms of calories it comes around 300+ calories. To burn this 300 + calories you have to do treadmill for 30 min (5 miles per hour)😞. Just imagine your other food items.
In this way more and more calories getting added to your body that converted in to so called fat.
