Many people presume that "diet" means eating less quantity of food through out the day, or skipping the meals and eating fruit salad.
This is not a diet!


People asking like What should be my diet plan? What should I eat everyday to lose weight? How do you make a meal plan to lose weight? etc .

A diet which makes your body refresh. A good amount of all the essentials that is required to your body is a diet. A human body requires essential Proteins, vitamins, minerals on a daily basis. These are getting from the foods. So our food must be enrich of all the vitamins , proteins and minerals. 

It is just like a car which needs patrol daily to run it properly . Similarly our body also requires petrol (healthy food) to run it smoothly .Putting in simple words a diet is nothing but eating healthy food.

There are many delicious food and beverages are but these are good for your tongue but not for your body. Then What's the best diet to lose weightLets see what are the ingredients that makes health food to your body.
